Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput were on Wednesday blessed with their second child, a baby boy. The baby was born at the Hinduja hospital in Khar, Mumbai. Mira was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday evening and gave birth to a baby boy by late evening. Hospital officials and a source close to Shahid confirmed the news
Shahid’s mother Neelima Azeem, brother Ishaan Khatter and Mira’s mother accompanied the couple to the hospital. As soon as the news broke out, many congratulatory messages flooded social media. Bollywood actors Preity Zinta and Alia Bhatt too wished the couple. “Congratulations @shahidkapoor & Mira on the new addition to the family 😍 So Happy for both of you. Loads of love, happiness and diapers 🤩 always… Ting ! #babyboy #Happiness #Love,” tweeted Preity. Alia, who has worked with Shahid in films like Shandaar and Udta Punjab, shared a photo of him with Mira and captioned it, “Congratulations my loves.”
TV actors Ashish Chowdhry, Karanvir Bohra and Romit Raj also congratulated the couple.
